    Really good guest service throughout the stay.

    The soundproofing in our room was terrible. We could hear every conversation from neighboring rooms. The air conditioning didn't function properly. The room was uncomfortably stuffy. The lack of room quality significantly marred our experience.

    Wonderful hotel with staff that could not do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Fine food in the restaurants and breakfast was superb. We had our 12 month old baby with us and the staff were very helpful (eg warm milk brought to room morning and night at no extra charge). Can't wait to go again!

    the limited sea view overlooks a part built development that ran out of money,however, after a chat the hotel kindly gave us a free upgrade to full sea view.

    The staff were very friendly and courteous. Our room was just perfect for our holiday stay. The meals, especially the breakfast were first class and of a high quality. Your assistance in helping us in a medical emergency, especially in the middle of the night was most appreciated.

    The hotel was well-organized with caring employees from managers down. The venue was set in the secluded position next to the themed restaurants, the harbor, the archeological museum and the water park, and the crystal clear sea. Enjoyed our place and would happily return.

    Just back from a braw holiday! The staff were pure amazing, especially Robert at the American Diner, who treated us so well. The themed dinners were a highlight, especially the Cypriot night. Only downside, could've used a wee bit more veggie options at the buffet. cracking experience!

    Best all-inn hotel we've ever done. The food, the service, location and atmosphere were simply top.

    I can't come up with any negative points except that one can still offer a packed lunch for day trips.
